  1. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order before it is shipped. To cancel, contact us through:

After the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.

  1. No Cancellation After Delivery

Once the product is delivered to you, We do NOT accept cancellation requests. Changing mind is not considered a valid reason.

  1. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are offered only in special cases:

Refund will be provided if:

You receive a damaged product

You receive the wrong product

Your order was not delivered but marked as delivered

The product has a manufacturing defect

Refund will NOT be provided if:

Product is used

Product is damaged by the customer

Product is not returned in original condition

Customer simply wants to return without a valid reason

  1. Return Conditions

If eligible, you must return the product:

In original packaging With tags, labels, and accessories Without damage or wear

If the product fails inspection, refund may be rejected.

  1. Refund Process

If approved, your refund will be processed within:

5–7 working days via your original payment method (UPI/Wallet/Bank).

  1. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

Custom-made products Digital products Discounted / Sale items Used or damaged items

  1. Shipping Cost

If the return is due to our mistake (wrong/damaged product), We will cover the return shipping cost.

If the return is due to customer mistake, Customer must pay the shipping charges.

  1. Fraud & Misuse Prevention

We record unboxing videos for every shipment. If a customer tries to misuse the return system:

Future orders may be blocked We may deny refunds Legal action may be taken in severe cases
