At Chottu Collection Fabrics, we aim to provide the best quality products to all our customers.
This Return & Exchange Policy explains when and how you can return or exchange a product.
📌 1. Return Eligibility
You can request a return only if:
✔ You received a damaged product
✔ You received the wrong product
✔ The product has a manufacturing defect
✔ The product you received is not as described
❌ We do NOT accept returns for “change of mind”.
📌 2. Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return, the product must be:
✔ Unused
✔ In original condition
✔ With all tags and packaging
✔ Not torn, washed, or damaged
If these conditions are not met, the return will be rejected.
📌 3. Exchange Policy
Exchange is allowed only if:
✔ The product is defective
✔ Size mismatch (if applicable)
✔ Wrong item delivered
Exchange will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned product.
📌 4. Return Time Window
You must apply for a return/exchange within:
48 hours (2 days) of receiving the product.
After 48 hours, return/exchange cannot be accepted.
📌 5. Unboxing Video Requirement
For any return/exchange, you MUST provide:
📹 Full unboxing video (without pause/cut)
The video should clearly show:
✔ Package condition
✔ Opening process
✔ Product condition
Without video proof, no return or exchange will be accepted.
📌 6. Refund Process
If your return is approved:
✔ Refund will be issued within 5–7 working days
✔ Refund will be sent to your original payment method
✔ Cash-on-Delivery orders will be refunded via UPI/Bank transfer
Refund may be denied if the product fails inspection.
📌 7. Exchange Process
If your exchange is approved:
✔ New product will be shipped after the returned item arrives
✔ Exchange depends on stock availability
If the exchanged product is out of stock, you may choose:
✔ Refund
✔ Different product of same value
📌 8. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
❌ Used or worn items
❌ Washed or damaged products
❌ Products without tags
❌ Custom-made items
❌ Discounted or sale items
These items cannot be returned or exchanged.
📌 9. Shipping Charges
If the product is defective or wrong:
✔ We will cover return shipping charges.
If the return is due to customer mistake:
❌ Customer must pay shipping charges.
📌 10. Fraud Prevention
To prevent misuse of the return system:
✔ Every parcel is shipped with a recorded packaging video
✔ Any fake claims will be rejected
✔ Frequent fraudulent claims may lead to account block or legal action
